Itinerary

Day 1 (Arrival in Mexico City)
Arrive in Mexico City. Check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the vibrant culture and history of Mexico's capital. Overnight in Mexico City.

Day 2 (Travel to Valle de Bravo & Orientation)
After breakfast, we'll arrange transportation to Valle de Bravo. Upon arrival, you'll be introduced to the retreat facility and the team. Following lunch, participate in an orientation session where we will explain the process and answer any questions you may have about the upcoming Ketamine Ceremony. We'll conclude the day with an opening ceremony to set intentions for the journey ahead.

Day 3 (First Ketamine Ceremony)
Start the day with a light breakfast. The morning will be spent in personal contemplation and preparation for the first Ketamine Ceremony. After a rest period, join the group for a shared meal and group sharing of the day's experiences.

Day 4 (Excursion to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary)
Following breakfast, we'll travel to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary, where you can witness thousands of beautiful monarch butterflies in their natural habitat. This excursion offers a chance to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature and reflect on your journey thus far.

Day 5 (Second Ketamine Ceremony)
The day will start with a light breakfast, followed by personal time for meditation or other activities before your second Ketamine Ceremony. Again, the ceremony will be followed by a period of rest, a shared meal, and group discussion.

Day 6 (Excursion to Buddhist Stupa & Temazcal Ceremony)
We'll embark on a visit to a local Buddhist Stupa in the morning, a place of peace and contemplation. In the afternoon, participate in the traditional Temazcal ceremony, a type of sweat lodge used by indigenous cultures for purification and healing.

Day 7 (Departure & Return to Mexico)
After breakfast, say goodbye to the retreat facility and your facilitators. We'll arrange for your transportation back to Mexico City airport.

Not included: We do not include the cost of the medicine for these sessions, which you can pay directly to the Doctor for. The cost is very reasonable, but this is a transaction Inward Travel doesn't participate in. -
